At Fantail Farm we realise that each event is unique, with distinct objectives and requirements. We will work with you to shape your away-day or celebration accordingly. This includes catering options, use of facilities, and a suggested timetable with detailed quote.

.As an indication, the below costs provide a pricing guide. All prices exclude GST.  Please contact Fantail Farm to discuss your ideal event.

Venue

$1,700 full day hire (from 9am – 4pm Monday to Friday).

$900 half day hire (up to four hours Monday to Friday).

Includes exclusive use of Cabana, pool area and tennis court.

Costs for catering and additional activities available on request.

Facilitation

$600 Session Design – Analysis of event objectives, preparation of team with customized questionnaire, and recommended agenda with specific sessions and suggested activities.

$900 Half-day Facilitation – includes Setup Design plus full facilitation of a half-day (4-hour) event. Includes workshop materials and take-home outputs.

Catering

Shaped for your preference.

Wood Fire Pizza – Pre-ordered or take a fun creative break and design your own pizza.
$30 – $45 per pizza.

Business Menu – Seasonal salads and protein based on your preference.
$25 – $65 per person.

Shared Platters/Grazing Table – Relaxed gourmet platters and grazing tables designed for your event.
$15 – $35 per person.

BYO catering at a cost of $15pp, corkage at $10 per bottle.

Transport

Organised by Fantail Farm as agreed.
